Customer Journey Experience Part 5

INNOVATION IS WHAT DRIVES US FORWARD

We firmly believe that innovation must serve society by expanding knowledge and improving all aspects of life and living. Not only do we strive to design and manufacture innovative products that travel the globe and improve people’s lives, we also believe in creating a culture of innovation within our company.

We are reinventing how we use data, how we build businesses, and even how we deal with failure. We foster an environment that encourages creative experimentation and error. In the coming months, we plan to set up a helpdesk management department for customers to record complaints, report quality issues, and track and trace orders. This is ultimately about improving customer relationships and putting the right team on the right problem to find the right solution.

Raw Stores

This week, our brand-new high-reach truck showed up. We can use less room for raw material storage and transportation thanks to it.

IMM Plants

A new In-Mould Labeling (IML) equipment has been installed in IMM Plant 2 to statically insert labels into a mould in order to produce items with brand labels.

Toolroom

We have put in our mould shelves, and we are now meticulously cataloging each mould into its corresponding bay. We can more effectively track the life of the mould and proactively arrange preventive maintenance thanks to our new ERP management system.

Assembly

By putting Lean 6 Sygma concepts into practice, we are constantly improving our procedures. The main goal of the production technique known as “lean manufacturing” is to speed up assembly and production processes.

Distribution

To guarantee that our customers always receive their delivery notes, we are turning paperless in our delivery process. Customers can get a signed copy of their delivery note mailed to them right away by using our new sign-on-glass portal.

D & E

In order to provide our customers with a more affordable solution with a quicker turnaround, we have added a sizable 3D printing machine to our prototype studio. We currently own six 3D printing systems.

We now have a separate quarantine area just for goods that need more examination. In order to properly identify rejected production, we have additionally installed an identifying system at each IM machine.

Culture

Because technological innovations are occurring at an unprecedented pace, long-term planning has become near impossible. We are thinking differently about the way we run our organization so that we can continue succeeding in this new world, but still with the aim of operational excellence.
