PIMMS Group has gone through phenomenal growth over the past two years. However, this growth has come with the need for physical development, hiring and coaching new staff, and restructuring and re-organising within a short period. Cultivating these changes is no easy task, and we recognise that our valued customers may have encountered uncommon delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. I want to assure you that we’ve got this under control.

Raw Stores
We have been constructing three silos as part of the renovation of our raw stores to increase our raw material inventory and improve batch control.
IMM Plants
With more than 30 injection moulding machines and a designated room to accommodate ten more injection moulding machines, we have expanded from one IMM plant to three IMM plants with better capacity.
Toolroom
From 350 to 1000 square meters, our toolroom has expanded. Our new location is more productive and immediately connected to Plant 1, allowing for speedier turnaround times.
Assembly
We moved our assembly line for the flow to be enhanced, and its capacity has grown by recruiting more personnel and operating round-the-clock.
Distribution
Our distribution center is moving to Laser Park to a considerably larger location that will allow for more stock-holding. We will soon have a 2400 square meter facility that was formerly 1300 square meters.
D & E
Our upgraded Design & Engineering department offers more specialized skills for your projects. Our team consists of industrial designers, product developers as well as design & production engineers.
Systems
To improve quality and efficiency while lowering waste for more efficient operations, we are implementing Epicor MES into our IMM Plants.
Quality
We are increasing our Quality Assurance department and laboratory facilities to ensure continuous quality improvement across our business. PIMMS is still ISO 9001:15 compliant.
